Irfanview makes red eye reduction a doddle!
Step 1
With your image select the area that you wish to reduce by clicking then dragging, making a box around the demonic area.
Step 2
On the menu bar go to 'Image' then chose 'Red Eye Reduction'.
Step 3
The right eye is now fixed so go on to repeat the procedure for the left eye. Instead of going through the menu to apply the red reduction you can use the keyboard short cut shift+y.
