When you are browsing the internet various files and information from webpages is saved locally on your computer, this is done in order to speed up the download times of pages when you revist them. In some cases you may want to save on hard disk space or perhaps keep your internet usage private from other people who may use your computer.
To clear all traces of your internet usage follow the following steps:
Step 1
With your web browser window open select 'Tools' on the menu bar, then select 'Internet Options'.

On the internet options general tab go to the area called Browsing histing and click on delete, which will open the following panel:
Delete all the sections that you think are relevant to the privacy that you require.
